Gas Safety/Landlord Certificates

Summit Home Services offers boiler inspections that will check your boiler, pipework and all gas appliances you have in your property. Our engineers are fully trained, and safety is always our main priority.

If you are a landlord, it is required by law that you have a landlord gas safety check every 12 months on all of your properties. This check assesses that your boiler and all other gas appliances are working efficiently and most importantly checking if they are still safe.

What does the Landlord Gas Safety Check include?

We will inspect your gas meter, boiler and all gas appliances within your properties.

We will issue you with a landlord Gas Safety certificate with a reminder to book an appointment in 12 months time.
